Lend-An-Arm LEASE
The Lend-An-Arm Lease is a fully supported robotic arm designed to provide a “turn key” solution. This lease is the easy button. Lend-An-Arm engineers and technicians will write out your process steps, quality criteria, and any other requirements needed to accomplish your production needs. A few weeks later the team returns to install your new robotic staff member. As with any new employee’s a short period of training preformed by Lend-An-Arm and approved by you is completed during installation. In the first few weeks a Lend-An-Arm employee will make daily check ups to ensure all requirements are being met and the up time of your production process is acceptable. As the lease progresses and Lend-An-Arms technicians visit less frequently your hourly rates reduce.

LEND-AN-ARM WORK STATION LEASE
The Lend-An-Arm Work Station is part of our PnP Manufacturing methodology designed to accommodate your dynamic automation processes. Each work station accepts a customer specified cassette. This “Plug and Play” cassette houses tooling, nesting, and automation equipment. The work plate can quickly and easily be removed and replaced allowing one work station to manage multiple production processes. The Lend-An-Arm Work station is driven by our In-A-Sec software.
